Some were wealthy and powerful, while others were humble and modest. But of all the leaders I have met, the most effective ones have always shared two qualities: heart and passion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A leader with a heart genuinely cares about others and wants to see them succeed. They are compassionate, empathetic, and willing to do extra work to help others reach their potential. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A leader with passion is someone who is genuinely enthusiastic about their work and their mission. They have a fire inside them that drives them to achieve their goals, and they inspire others to do the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are the kind of leaders that I aspire to be like. Not because they have a lot of money or power but because they have a lot of <strong>heart and passion<\/strong>.
